Some customers just need someone to talk to in order to evaluate what they have now, see if they need to be making changes, either through Bad Dog or another designer, and some to just make sense out of the jumble of technological terms and entities involved with their web site. We can help.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• All images you supply must be yours or supplied with licensing information from the stock service where they were purchased.
• Client will indemnify and defend Bad Dog Design Inc. against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of any use of any images for which no release was furnished, or any images, which are altered by client. Unless furnished, no release exists.
• Timely provision of materials for your site, and feedback on design or process. Should a site go over 90 days from start date (receipt of first deposit), deposit shall be forfeited and the project will return to the quotation stage. Once the project completes, the original deposit, minus a $150 administration fee will be applied to the final balance.
