• emergency support in off-hours is double the standard rate of $75/hr.
• Business hours for service and support is 9am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
• We make every effort to prioritize for urgent requests, and in the event that more than one client needs emergency assistance, we prioritize in the order of contacting support.
• We occasionally use qualified outsourced help for troubleshooting and we may need to provide access to a third party for this purpose with a special time-limited unique login & password which will be deleted when work is complete
